On the App Store
Deductify
Snap a receipt. It's sorted for tax time.
A receipt scanner for Australian tax. Photograph a receipt and Apple Intelligence reads the merchant, date, total and GST, then files it under the right ATO deduction category, all on your iPhone.
It also logs work trips at cents per kilometre and suggests them from your calendar. At tax time it exports a CSV and a PDF report for your agent.
There is no account to make. Your receipts never touch a server.

How it is built
Three ways to classify
Where Apple Intelligence is available, Foundation Models reads the receipt. On other devices a bundled Core ML text classifier takes over, and keyword matching is the last resort. On a hand-written test set the Core ML model scores about 78 to 80 percent, against 51.5 percent for keywords alone.
The ABN register, shipped in the app
The public ABN Bulk Extract is cut down to a SQLite database, compressed, and bundled. Looking up a business name from its ABN needs no network.
Trips
Cents-per-kilometre claims with the 5,000 km cap, trip suggestions from the calendar, and mapped routes.
Part of the system
Nine App Intents, four widgets, and a Control Center control that opens straight to the scanner.
Five languages
Arabic gets a full right-to-left layout. One command captures and frames every App Store screenshot in each language.
